HIRADC LIFTING
JOB SEQUENCE
Work Permiting
Working Permit and Rigging
Plan
As the first series of crane
lifting procedures, the working
permit and rigging/lifting plan
are the most essential
documents.
JOB SEQUENCE
Baricade Area
Barricades must
extend outward 0.3
meters (1 foot) for
every 0.6 meters (2
feet) above the
ground or floor level.
Barricades must be
placed
approximately 1
meter (39/42 in.)
above the
floor/ground.
JOB SEQUENCE
The implementation of the installation is
a determining factor in whether or
not the anchor is strong as an
anchor/fastener for a construction.
1. All steel 8 anchors must be in the
middle of the reinforcing steel of the
concrete column or beam,
2. Remaining thread for base plate and
nut according to size requirements
3. Each bolt anchor is installed with 2
nuts, namely at the top and bottom
of the mall.
4. The mall must form a 90º angle to
the thread axle line, The mall
surface must be flat (not sloping),
5. Make sure that it is completely
integrated with the reinforcing steel
of the column or concrete beam. If
necessary, strengthen by adding
cuttings/stiffeners.
Install Anchor
JOB SEQUENCE
Girder Bolt Removal
Pay attention to the
distance of lifting
equipment such as
block rods, ABA, and
others from the boom
end during the
lowering process so
that the block line
does not touch the
boom end.
JOB SEQUENCE
Removal Of Girder
Use outriggers, or
otherwise make sure to
use rear axle swing
locks.
JOB SEQUENCE
Removal Of The Left Crane Leg
JOB SEQUENCE
Removal Of The Right Crane Leg
Ensure the weight of the load
being lifted is in accordance
with the length of the boom
and the operating radius.
JOB SEQUENCE
Gantry Attachment To The Truck
use webbing slings or load
chains, to be wrapped around
the load so that the load does
not move and is tied to the top
of the transporter car.
• Crane Specification → Ready
• Hazard Identification Risk Assessment and
Determination Control (HIRA-DC)
• T1BP Appendix → form by FKT
• Webing Sling Data Sheet
• Shackle Data Sheet
• Scaffolder dan Spv. Scaffolding license
• Crane Document dan Operator License
• Rigger License
• Safety Officer License
• Lifting Team Organization
