Forget PowerPoint
and Keynote for
now…

Open your web
browser

For this I used
GOOGLE CHROME
browser

Your Home Page

Type in Prezi.com to
your address bar

Hit ENTER on your keyboard

And you will be directed here

Click GET STARTED

This will lead to this PAGE

Click the CONTINUE FREE
button

And you will be directed on this
PAGE

Create your FREE
PUBLIC ACCOUNT

Fill up necessary details on this
FORM

As a sampled fill-up Form

Click the Create your FREE
PUBLIC account button

You also have an option to sign in using
your LinkedIn and Facebook account

Congratulation! Your PREZI
account is all set up

Click GET STARTED button

This will direct you to a short
slideshow presentation

Now let’s create your own
PREZI

Click START CREATING

You will be directed on this
PAGE

You can click this TAKE OFF
button…

for more videos tutorials about
using PREZI

…or stay on this page and
choose new PREZI template

To start, Click new PREZI

Wait while PREZI is uploading

You will directed to a template
catalog page

Choose a template here

Let’s select a JOURNEY
template

Click Use template

You will be directed to PREZI
user interface

Now let’s get to know
and familiarize the
tools and features of
PREZI

The interface can be divided
into four parts

The action Toolbar

The Edit path Sidebar

The PREZI Canvas

And Zoom in/Zoom out

Now let’s add text
next to image…

Now let’s Click to add TITLE

Type the Title of your
presentation here

Example Title

Click the next PATH and
automatically zoom-in to the frame

Click to add a Text

Click to type a Title

Click to add text

Type a Subtitle

Type in a text

Click anywhere to add more
texts

Type to add texts

Take note of this toolbar

To animate, Click the Bracket
Frame

The Bracket Frame will appear

Drag the Bracket frame to the
path you are working on

Adjust the Bracket by dragging
its sides and corners

To animate, Click the Edit Path

Click the Star

Your window will look like
this

Click each content the order you
want theme to fade

You should see the stars and
numbers

To preview, Click this

…And click Done

Click Done again

Let’s click another path

Again the frame zooms in

We can add text like
we did before

Click to add title

To add photo, Click insert

Click Image

Click Insert image

Click Select files

The window will pop up

Select the images you want to
include

Click Open

You can move the images by
dragging

Resize them by dragging the
blue sides and corners

The window will look like this

To add text, Just click anywhere
on the canvas

For example, click here

The text editor will appear

Insert a text then click
anywhere

…or you can edit the font, text
size and text color

To insert arrows, click insert

Click Draw Arrow from drop
down menu

Drag your mouse to draw an
arrow

Click the squares to adjust the
arrow

To rotate the bracket, drag this

This is rotated bracket

To preview your presentation
anytime, click Present

Click another Frame

Again it automatically zoom in
to the frame

To insert Video, click Insert

Select YouTube Video from
drop drown menu

Go to Youtube.com

Copy the link from YouTube

Paste the link here

Click Insert

Let’s resize the video to fit the
whole slide area

You can position the video by
dragging the small nodes

To add music throughout
the presentation

Click path 1, the whole canvas

Click Add Background Music

Again the window will Appear

Click the Song

The song is Uploading

Click Done

You should see the uploaded
music here

Check out other stuff you insert

Your presentation automatically
saved

Now you can share
your Prezi presentation
in social media

Click Share button

Click Share on Facebook from
the dropdown menu

Click the Facebook button to
share the slideshow on Facebook

Again a pop up box will appear,
Click Post to Facebook

When done, click Exit

This will lead you to this page

To view the presentation, Click
the arrow

Now you are ready to
present PREZI and give a
creative presentation.
Congratulation!

Now apply what you
have learned and start
your own.
