How to Use Projeqt
1.

Sign in to Projeqt with Twitter, Facebook, or create a separate account with the site. Once the
account is made, update the profile section with your name, a picture, description of yourself,
any tags to describe you, and any social networking accounts you want linked to this account.
You either have the choice to create a new project strictly using Projeqt or upload a document,
such as a PowerPoint, and Projeqt will automatically format the previous presentation into a new
one. Projeqt will contact you once your project is completely formatted.

.
2.

To begin your Projeqt experience, first name the presentation you will be working on. Feel free
to add a description or tags.

3.
It is important to understand Projeqts features. The clipboard feature (that the blue arrow is
pointing at above) is for moving a slide in between stacks. A stack is a slide with layers of
documents, pictures, etc. incorporated into it and is used to organize similar topics into that one
slide—almost like a mini-presentation within the Projeqt. Back to the clipboard feature: When
you are ready to “paste” the slide, just drag it to the desired place on the Projeqt. It is also easy to
switch around slide order—just drag them around to where you want them to be newly
rearranged. The red arrow is pointing at the “add content here” and “create a new stack” features.
I mentioned what the stack was before, and adding content can be including information to a
stack or making a slide. You can add documents, images, titles, text, and information to both of
these features. All choices of the information you can add to slides or stacks is shown below.
This is also the same screen that will pop up to create a simple slide when the “add content here”
icon is clicked.
You can personalize and play around with the personalization features by changing the layout of
your dashboard, changing the color palette, font, background appearance, and deciding whether
you want the word “Projeqt” to appear in your finished presentation.

You also can change your Projeqt settings by changing the presentation basic information, using
footer links, creating a personalized URL, and the personalizing the security or sharing settings.
4.

Adding social media to your Projeqt is quite simple. You simply choose what site you want—in
this case it is Facebook—and just copy and paste the URL. A Facebook feed will appear in your
finished Projeqt. See picture below.
5.

To create a stack, click on the icon, and a window will pop up like this. Choose what you want to
be the first thing you see before opening the stack and adding information. Once you choose that,
it will look like the picture below. If you click on the stack, it will give you the options to add
any information you want to it.
In a finished Projeqt, an opened stack will look like the below picture. I added a Twitter feed and
a YouTube video.

6.

Once you have all the information you need added to the final product, just open up the finished
Projeqt, and you are ready to share your real-time, interactive presentation!
