2. WHAT IS STRESS
• Stress is a feeling of emotional or physical tension. It
come from any event or thought that makes you feel
frustrated , angry or nervous . Stress is your body’s
reaction to a challenge or demand .in short bursts,
stress can be positive such as when it helps you avoid
danger or meet deadline.
3. What is anxiety?
• Anxiety is the response to the body’s
stress .it’s a feeling of fear or apprehension
about what’s to come . The first day of school ,
going to a job interview or giving a speech
may cause most people to feel fearful and
nervous.
4. How can HR help to relieve stress and
anxiety during COVID time.
• HR plays a very important role in helping the employees to relieve
stress and anxiety on work place :-
1- giving job security to the employees during the time of this pandemic
2- conducting counseling session once a week to counsel the employees
about how can they deal with the current situation.
3- providing medical insurance to the employees .
4- conducting fun classes unofficially and conducting singing
competition so that the employees can also enjoy the moment forgetting
about the work preassure and tension .
5- introducing policies such as two wheeler mobile policy for the
employees.
5. • Giving less work as everyone has to deal with the problems while working
from home.
• As everything is new for them like online working so give them time to
understand the whole thing .
• Daily meeting should be conducted to know what’s going on with the
employees and how can they tackle those situations .
