- 5. Objective ~ Strategic Plan To Develop a technology strategy plan outlining how the college wants to utilize technology to fulfill its Vision and Mission. The strategy will serve as the primary IT roadmap with key principles, objectives, and methods related to the role of technology in the operations of the college. This involves determining the technology needs of various departments and formulating a roadmap for implementing chosen technologies.

This gives the chance to look for opportunities, to see beyond the challenges, and to find approaches to build confidence for those who deliver teaching through digital learning.

Selecting E-learning Approach Asynchronous online learning is a self-paced learning environment Synchronous learning allows learners to interact with their instructors and peers in a virtual learning environment, Blended learning, combines face-to-face and online learning. Mobile learning sends learning materials to smartphones or tablets Gamification involves the use of game elements in the learning process Microlearning is all about giving your learners just bite-sized modules of information Virtual learning practice and apply their new knowledge and skills in a simulated or virtual environment.
