D.R.I.V.E. Explained D efine We sit down with each client to gain an understanding of their  needs.  Once completed, we  Define  each assignment clearly in writing. R esearch Our next step is to  Research  prospective solutions by reviewing internal  (proprietary) and external sources for potential candidates. I dentify From our list of potential candidates, we  Identify   the resources that  “best fit” our clients requirements (experience, industry, certs, etc.) V erify Once identified, we interview and reference check each candidate to  Verify  their credentials.
