All workers and staff at Milton are taking a Kaizen Shapath to improve quality and participate in Kaizen activities at their workstations to drive continuous improvement. Visual management systems are in place like color coding of tools and containers to easily identify departmental equipment and preventive maintenance is conducted through visual checks. SMED trolleys and organized storage with place for everything and everything in its place principles help enable quick changeovers and efficient operations. Mr. Yogesh Vaghani is also interacting with local school students and faculty to discuss quality and continuous improvement.
