To improve presentation skills, presenters should be aware that the human mind can focus on a topic for about 120 seconds before losing interest. When giving a presentation, speakers should break up their content into sections no longer than 120 seconds. They should also get feedback from listeners, vary their voice, move around, and involve the audience to keep their attention. Effective presentations incorporate visual, audiovisual, and textual elements, as people retain about half of the information from visuals, one-fourth from listening, and only 20% from reading. Presenters should enjoy their topic and deliver it conversationally.

- 1. How to improve your presentation skills: 120 Second Approach: It is proved that Human Mind can continue its operation for 120 second in a particular topic without any interruption. While giving lecture or presentation, one has to cautious about it (120s) and mobilizes it in that direction. Continuous lecture will make them bored, consequently they will show different behavior will be discussed later. Now the question is “How to keep the concentration?” Make yourself clear about the topic & practice yourself. Do not make your point too large to over 120s. Collect feedback that will ensure you that how the session is going on. Try to hear them before delivering the lecture. Do not stand in the same position for 120s.
