The History of school Public School No43 Tbilisi 2007
The History of School             “ The Trade school was built on 1 July 1911 by the comradeship of merchants in Tbilisi, during the board of administration his majesty count Vorontsov-Dashkov, with the help of school respectful guardian Mantashov”.   There was inscription on cooper sing board  on inaugurating day of school at 7 July 1911
The History of School The first name of school N43 public school in Tbilisi was N3 Trade Land’s school after Mantashov. Mantashov was the great magnate of petroleum,  Maecenas , trade gildian. In 1910 Mantashov laid the foundation of school by himself. The building was finished in 1911.
The History of School Mantashov died on 22 april 1911 and didn’t attend at school’s inaugurating. His monument was standing inside the school till 1922. By the initiative of Mantashov, there was formed society of charity-enlightener.  In 1915 when Nikoloz II arrived in Tbilisi, visited the school. Later it became Russian school named Nikoloz Tik h onov, after N43 public school of Tbilisi. This is a short history of school. In 2011, It will became 100 years old.         
This is a school, in which a lot of famous people learnt: Alexander Metreveli, Michael Tariverdiev, Victor Ambartsumian, Ruben Mamulian, Marlen Hutsiev, Gasan Gasanov etc.  The list is very long.
Alex Metreveli Alexander Iraklievich Metreveli  born November 02, 1944 in Tbilisi, Georgia was a Soviet (and ethnic Georgian) amateur tennis player. Metreveli was a member of the Dynamo sports society. He competed in professional tour events during the 1970s.
Rouben Mamoulian Rouben Mamoulian  was born on October 8, 1897. A tireless experimenter whose innate taste and intelligence enabled him to succeed where less talented directors had failed, Mamoulian directed only 16 movies but left an indelible mark on film history. he grew up in Russia and studied law at the University of Moscow, but indulged his passion for the theater by taking acting classes at night. Mamoulian became a director and staged well-received productions in London and New York, culminating in his gugely successful 1926 Broadway play  Porgy , which featured an all-black cast. On the strength of that success, he was signed by Paramount to direct its backstage drama  Applause  (1929), filmed in its Astoria, Long Island studio.
MICHAEL TARIVERDIEV:  A KNIGHT OF MUSIC Michael Tariverdiev is the author of 4 operas, 4 ballets, several string and piano concertos, organ pieces and vocal cycles. But it was work in the cinema that brought him a truly nationwide recognition. Tariverdiev wrote music to 132 films, among them "King-Deer", "The Irony Of Fate" and the immensely popular Soviet-era TV serial "Seventeen Instants Of Spring".  Tariverdiev was barely 16 when two of his single-act ballets were staged - one in the Georgian capital Tbilisi, the other in Moscow. After leaving school, he entered the Russian Academy of Music. His music is easily recognizable by lyrical tenderness in every sound and a touch of sadness reflecting the author's philosophy.
Victor Ambartsumian  Victor Ambartsumian was born in Tbilisi. In 1943 V.A.Ambartsumian was one of the founding members of the Armenian Academy of Sciences and its vice-president. Soon, in 1947, he became the president of the Academy, and since 1993 he was its honorary president. In 1948-1955 he was the vice-president, and in 1961-64 - the president of the International Astronomical Union (IAU), in 1968 and 1970 he was twice elected the president of the International Council of Scientific Unions (ICSU). He was elected honorary and foreign  member  of 28 Academies of Sciences, including USA, UK, France, Italy, Holland, Belgium, Denmark, Sweden, Greece, Czechoslovakia, India, Argentina, and  other National Academies, honorary member of scientific societies of many countries, honorary doctor of the  Universities of Canberra (Australia), La Plata (Argentina), Warsaw and Torun (Poland), Praha (Czechoslovakia), Liege  (Belgium) and Sorbonne (France).
Hasan Hasanov Hasan Hasanov  (born 1940) is an Azerbaijani politician and diplomat. He served as Azerbaijan's last communist leader, as Prime Minister of that country from January 25, 1990 until April 7, 1992.  In 1991 he became the Ambassador to UN, opened the first Azerbaijan embassy in New York. When President Heydar Aliyev came to power in 1993, Hasanov was appointed foreign minister. He remained foreign minister until February 1998 when Aliyev sacked him after it was found that he participated in a corrupt Turkish real estate deal.
Mr. Kakha DEMETRASHVILI Born 1964; 1986 Georgian Technical University graduate, B.C.Sc.; 1987 post-graduate courses at Moscow Technological University (Russia) and 1990 Sofia Technical University (Bulgaria), M.Sc., Ph.D.  Positions held: Assistant Professor, Associate Professor (TU-Sofia, 1991; GTU,1991); Head of Automation of Production Engineering Department (GTU, 1994); underwent academic fieldwork and training; teaching activity at universities and research centers of Europe and America: Sofia Technical University; Bratislava Institute of Economy; Prague Technical University; Belgrade University; Novy Sad University; Budapest Technical University; Athens National Technical University; International Institute of Applied and System Analysis; UN Regional Center;  Author of 40 scientific, methodological and didactic works published in 6 countries; participant of more than 25 international symposia and conferences; active participant of various international programs and projects implemented under the aegis of EU, TACIS, INTAS, COPERNICUS, WORLD BANK, UNDP;  Sphere of scientific interests: new information technologies, modernization and perfection of social-political systems management.
