- 10. oh the possibilities try to have multiple scenarios for multiple users so you can get an idea of what your main visitors will be -usually 3 to 6 scenarios are good but you may need to do up to 20 the MORE the BETTER
- 11. The character you must create a character for each user -name -background -a task (what they want out of the site) Once you have these in place you can formulate a story and see how the character would research what they are looking for
