- 2. How To Add Comment Steps to add comment- STEP 1- Select the object or slide you want to comment on. STEP 2- Select Review > New Comment. Or select New if the Comments pane is open. STEP 3- You can also add a comment by selecting Insert > Comment. STEP 4- In the Comments pane, type your message in the box and select Post or press Ctrl+Enter.

How to Compare Two Presentations You may need to compare two versions of a PowerPoint presentation to see the differences between them (e.g., if a colleague has edited it directly without noting the changes). And the quickest way to do this is with PowerPoint’s built-in Compare function. To use this: STEP 1- Open the original version of your presentation. STEP 2- Go to Review > Compare. STEP 3- Click Compare to open a browser window. STEP 4- Select the edited version of the presentation and click Merge.
- 4. Free Hand Drawing To insert a Free Hand Drawing- STEP 1- On the Insert tab, click Shapes. STEP 2- Under Lines: click Freeform. STEP 3- Click anywhere in the document, and then drag to draw. STEP 4- To finish drawing the shape, Intersect it with its starting Point.
- 5. Group Objects Steps to Group any Object- STEP 1- Select the objects you want to align. To select multiple objects at once, hold the Shift key while you click. STEP 2- From the Format tab, click the Group command, then select Group. STEP 3- The selected objects will now be grouped. TIP- Press and hold CTRL while you click the shapes, pictures, or other objects to group. You will need to select more than one shape, picture or object in order to enable the Group button. You can select all the objects on a slide by pressing CTRL+A in your keyboard.
