Inservice Tech
- 1. Randolph School In-service 05-06 Technology Training
- 2. X and H Drives If you cannot access the Faculty X drives or your home drive (H). These drives need to be remapped. Tutorials are in your mailbox in the faculty workroom. Right click on icon and select “disconnect” from YODA first!!!
- 3. Printers/Copiers The printers and copiers have been moved to a single printserver. If your printers do not work, they need to be re-installed (after uninstalling the old printers/copiers). A tutorial is in your mailbox in the faculty workroom
- 5. Copier ID and Passcodes Beginning August 1 , a user ID and pass code will be required to use the copiers. Your user ID will be your voicemail extension and your pass code will be 3-7 numeric characters that you choose. Hint: DON’T use 1234 . Suggestion: Use the same numeric code you use for Secure Print jobs . To set a pass code, see Deidre Brown or Jason Presley .
