The MINN program was designed and developed for
business professionals and entrepreneurs in innovative
projects. It is an Executive Master mode, intended to be
followed and developed alongside normal working ac-
tivities. The Master is designed so that each participant
can share and develop a specific project in his company
in parallel with the development of the training pro-
gram.
Ideally the professional participants in the program are
running new business, leading self managed teams
involved in intrapreneurship within their organizations
or intending to embark on similar projects with these
characteristics.
What?
The Master has been designed as a team learning
process, combining both theory and real experience in
different international locations. The core of the MINN
learning methods adopts the “team learning by crea-
ting” methodology from the Finnish Team Academy,
an international reference in the field of education and
entrepreneurship, whose methods are implemented
in over 17 schools and Universities across the world
as well as in several multinational companies. This
methodology, combined with the latest trends in mana-
gement and its practical approach, allows each profes-
sional and organisation to define their own specific aims
for the programme.
Passion and
determination can
transform your
organisation and make
your dreams come true.
