Prepare or review and approve all quality related procedure and process management of QA/QC department and personal. • Receiving MRIR from Material Manager and inspection of all loose electrical, instrumentation and Mechanical along with relevant accessories material according to purchase order. • Prior to start devices assembling, inspection of all internal/external electrical, electronic devices with appropriate rating, volt, amp and other necessary description as per the project specification. • Raising NCR against loses electrical & mechanical materials, panel enclosure and assembled panel which are not complying with project specification. • Performed surveillance of contractor’s activities and ensure that all Electrical, Instrumentation and Telecom installation were carried-out in accordance to the approved for construction drawings and specifications, procedures, instructions and in compliance to the project specification and related International Standard. • Conduct preliminary inspection, make punch list and submit to construction for rectification. • Update the daily inspection reports and dispatch the punch list to the construction engineer to rectify. Supervision of Instrument Installation Activities: • Inspection of Cable tray, Cable Testing, Cable laying, Cable Termination. • Inspection of Junction Box & Panel Terminations. • Updating the inspection reports record. • Inspection/witness of Instrument Activities (Calibration, Testing, Installation) of all instruments including Transmitters, Local Instrument, Control Valves and Switches. • Performed the installation inspection of field mounted Instruments like PT.
