Multiple ONT architectures are supported for MC-MDU. Ethernet – BPON /GPON. VDSL 1 - BPON. VDSL 2 – GPON. Customer service can be split across multiple ONT. Ex : 2 Voice on ONT A, 3rd Voice on ONT B Data on ONT C & Video on ONT A Video service may be served through one single ONT with Video Tap. MDU ONTs are capable of supporting 16 – 24 Voice and 8 – 12 Data.

MC-MDU to SFU Migration Process Flow Migration to existing Hub Existing splitter ports may be reused for Business customers. All capacity needed for RES/BUS customer migration and additional growth should be planned ahead. All OLT in the office should be turned ON for FDV. GPON splitter should be present in the Hub. PM is responsible for cancel & reissue of pending orders. Outbound call will be placed and order will be negotiated as per SQE. Order will be negotiated for all the accounts present at the address. SQE will treat FLIP and non FIOS customers mapped to MC-MDU & FDT as SFU architecture. Field Connect order will be placed Customer profile will be changed from MDU to SFU GPON Advance IOSC will dictate the provisioning and Dispatch for SFU migration If Res , IOSC is present only FDV provisioning is allowed. Bus IOSC will allow TDM/SIP. Customer and HOA Approval Engineering Work Order MC-MDU to SFU Migration toggle. Order Negotiation Provisioning & Dispatch Order Import Sufficient capacity including PON circuits should be established before Migration

MDU ONTs will be Flagged in iVAPP with GPON Advanced Migration Flag. 2. CoFEE Ordering will query SQE through CSGW 3. CRMM will present possible Bundle and speeds based on Migration situation. 4. CoFEE Ordering will send ONT Install to VZOT for time booking. 5. CoFEE Ordering will create the order and flow to SSP and NSOP. 6. iVAPP will prepare the provisioning by activating GateWay Router port in BAAIS 7. Migration will then be sent to dispatch. 8. Dispatch will occur using the Tech/Tablet and Circuitview. 9. Billing will start based on Migration. Note : Early termination Free will be waved for disconnects.
