KEYBOARD NOT WORKING The most common problem when you have a keyboard that is not working is an bad connection. Try reconnecting your keyboard, restart your computer and see what happens.Turn off the system. Unplug the keyboard connect and look for any bent or broken pins. If the pins are bent, then it is possible to kindly make straight them using the tip of a pen or mechanical pencil. If the pins are broken, then replacement of the keyboard may be necessary. If none of the above steps resolves your keyboard problem, it is likely that your keyboard is bad or it is really old.
There is only sound coming from one speaker In this case you are probably using a mono plug for stereo speakers. Either that, or the driver may not be loading correctly. On some systems, if your sound card drivers are not loaded in CONFIG.SYS, you will only have left-side sound.
the mouse doesn't work?Check to make sure the mouse is still properly connected to the computer.  If the mouse has been disconnected, you may have to reboot your computer.If the mouse doesn’t work after you reconnecting it try to find a specialist to see if your mouse is broken ,or even buy a new mouse.
the computer is completely dead?Check all the connections, the cables between the CPU and the monitor and all the electrical cables If you have a light on both the monitor and the CPU, check the pins of the data cable between the monitor and the CPU.  A only bent pin can cause an image problem.
CD/DVD quitreading disksQuestion: All of the sudden, my drive no longer reads CDs or DVDs. I've tried reinstalling the driver but that didn't work. Is there anything else I can do? Answer:Try this:1. Go to Start>> Right click My Computer>> Properties>> Hardware tab>> Device Manager>> DVD / CD-ROM Drives2. Right click on the drive and select Uninstall from the resulting menu.3. Restart your computer.On restart, Windows will reinstall the device.
