- 10. Take a Screen CaptureStep 1. Mouse over the Jing sun & click captureStep 2. Click & Drag cursor around what you want to capture.Step 3. Click on the “Capture image”
- 11. Annotate Screen CaptureStep 4. Annotate your screen capture with the comment / drawing tools
- 12. Share a Screen CaptureStep 5: Upload to screencast, save it to your computer or copy it to paste somewhere
- 13. Activity 2 – Take a Screen CaptureUsing the job aid provided, take five minutes and use jing to create a screen capture.
- 14. Create a ScreencastBefore you begin, you will need:Quiet environment to record A microphone (preferably a usb headset mic)A webcam if you have the pro version of Jing
- 15. Create a ScreencastStep 1. Mouse over the Jing sun & click captureStep 2. Click & Drag cursor around what you want to capture.Step 3. Click “Capture video”
- 16. Create a ScreencastStep 4. Wait for the count down to begin speaking & recording your mouse movementStep 5. Click stop when you are finished recording.
- 17. Share a ScreencastStep 6. Preview recordingStep 7. Name it Step 8. Upload to screencast or save it to your computer
