The document is an announcement for a Last Planner System workshop to be held in Madrid, Spain in February 2012. The workshop will be led by Paulo Napolitano and will teach participants all the concepts and processes of the Last Planner System for implementing it on construction projects over 16 hours plus 2 hours of videoconferencing. It will provide training on the LPS package, roles and responsibilities, daily actions, and how to implement and assess LPS on a project. The workshop is limited to 15 people and costs 1,200 euros.
