The Connecticon…. reduces the disparity between rural and urban provides greater opportunities for informal learning in rural areas /work/home/school/CLC adds value to business learning and educational networks through collaboration stimulates interaction  between local and global promotes convergence of technologies
So why…? do educators remain diffident and conservative in their use of technologies in education? can educators not be proactive in harnessing the possibilities of new technologies in blended learning?
