    training needs

should be placed in the organisation.
     (b) Individual Analysis : It is used to
determine who needs to be training and what
skills and knowledge or attitudes should be
      improved.
     (c) Operational Analysis : It assists to decide
what the training should consist of, requiring a
study of what a person should be taught if he
is to perform his task with maximum
      effectiveness.
