• In line with this, the need to recruit a large team
of people is a requirement. Some of this team’s
members may be full-time, part-time,
contractual, casual, on-call and some are on a
voluntary basis.
• The Even Director serves as the head of the team
and is responsible to ensure that the team
members work together in the most effective and
efficient manner.

are part of the organizing committee and helps the
