 Step 6-Second Reading (4 minutes)

 Step 8-Questions After Second Reading (5 minutes)
 Step 9-Post Reading Activity (10 minutes)
 Step 10-Take Home Letter (5 minutes)
 Step 11-Tutor Debriefing (15 minutes)
Total time with tutor-41 minutes
Total time including debriefing-56 minutes
Activity
 Fifth Grade use the passage “Reptile Rap”(Lesson 1)
 Fourth Grade use the passage “Billy and the New Boots”
(Lesson 2)
 Tutor-take out the tutor guide book;Tutees take out the
Tutee activity book. Do NOT write in the books
 Role play a tutorial lesson
