This document outlines seven lessons that can be learned from the eagle:
1. Eagles fly at great heights, representing knowing yourself and believing in yourself.
2. Eagles relish challenges and use them profitably, representing facing life's challenges in a positive way.
3. Eagles test before trusting, representing facing difficulties with courage rather than complaining.
4. As eagles age, their heavy wings make flying difficult, so they go through a process of renewal by knocking off their beak and talons and waiting for new ones to grow in before renewing their feathers. This represents being prepared to accept change.
5. After renewal, eagles live for 30 more years, representing getting rid of
