Why C3?
1. C3 has no bias. We represent all the major carriers in the industry.  We simply want to match our customers up with the products and companies that will help them reach their organizational and departmental goals.
2. PricingThe pricing that we can negotiate is oftentimes better than what my customers could negotiate to.  Our customers take advantage of our extensive knowledge in telecom service pricing and contract negotiating.
3. One point of contactWe can act as your one point of contact for services with multiple carriers.  Oftentimes, a C3 recommendation is a mix of multiple carriers with specialties or niches in specific areas.  C3 acts as the main point of contact for all of these carriers.
4. Post Sales SupportPost sales support that exceeds anything you’ve ever had.  C3 reviews your bills monthly for inaccuracies.  We take care of all billing issues from the identification of the problem all the way through resolution and credit.  Have you ever spent hours, days, and/or weeks dealing with these issues?  With C3, you’ll never be involved with another billing ticket ever again.  C3 also conducts quarterly reviews to changes to your network, potential changes to the network, review your Master Doc(See reason 6)review your network technologies and have the conversation – Do the technologies that you employ today help you achieve organizational and departmental goals?  How can telecom services be adjusted/changed to maximize their effect on these goals?
5. Account Team StabilityHow many account managers(across all of your telecom services with different carriers) have you had?  Ever been frustrated at your telecom carrier for passing the account management baton to the 3rd or 4th person in a year?  With each passing of the baton, you get further and further from having a solid business relationship with a person who is looking out for your interests and your company’s.  The strength of a business relationship typically manifests itself in the level of service and the accuracy of the billing that you receive from your carrier.  You’ll never have a stronger relationship with your carrier than you’ll have with C3.
6. The Master Doc Telecom Mgmnt ToolC3 has created the Master Doc to help you and us manage your telecom services.  This document is the ultimate way to keep track of every service, every billing ticket, every change to your service, and many more aspects of your telecom networks.  It is essentially a document that you won’t be able to live without once you have it.
7. C3 Charges No FeesYou pay nothing for all of my services.  All the services are free as long as you are using any  of the carriers that C3 recommends.  You will get nothing more than a bill from your carriers for the services that C3 represents.
