The Art of Servant Leadership Servant Leadership is a philosophy that fosters a  caring ,  empowered ,  ethical  and  trusting  organisational culture.  It is a practical model that encourages leaders to be of  service  to others, while also being focused on  achieving results . Servant Leadership emphasises values & integrity, promotes higher morale & retention, increases workplace passion & motivation, and enhances team cohesion & effectiveness
Servant Leadership Objectives To facilitate the  growth  and development of each person in the working group. To promote  community  within the working group. To  share  power and resources. To provide the  support  needed to help achieve the goals that lead to the common good of individuals and the community as a whole.
