Specsavers have plannedto use Oracle CustomerHubapplicationfor creating a single view of customer in their
enterprise. Customer data are received from multiple source systems and are sent to OCH using AIA (PIP)
Middleware. Enterprise Data Quality (EDQ) is used for Profiling and Cleansing. OCH is expected to publish
customer data to target application belong to Marketing and financials.
Responsibilities:
As an UCM Developer, the main activities dealt by Manivel Rajendiran are as follows:-
 Participating in Meetings to gather requirement details and sharing analysis.
 Preparing Detail Technical design documents for OCH Configuration.
