- 3. Q-1. What is your education qualification ? Sir : My education qualification is P.T.C. ,B.A,B.Ed. Q-2. How much time to you in this field ? Sir : I am since 17 years in this field. Q-3. What is your hobbies ? Sir : My hobbies are reading, music Sport.
- 4. Q-4. What is your routing time in day ? Sir : I am in school from 10:15a.m.to 5:00 p.m. Q-5. Why you have choose this field ? Sir : Because to get blessing of people and remove all dieses. Since childhood my ambition is being a teacher. Q-6. Any other person is responsible for choose this field ? Sir : yes, my parent are responsible for choose this field.

Sir : first I observed him/her then check and according to symptom and dieses I give them suggest about what should you do for feature. Q-9. How many struggle you faced to reach at this point ? Sir : To reach at this point, I complete my study in 7 years and I am adjust in this field in 5 years.

Sir : This field is best field because I believe that god gives us one chance to treat people.

- 8. In this interview I defined……………. His vision dimension :- Mr.Kanakshinh sir thinks that a teacher should not only think about to complete his duty as salary point of view, but they really wants to give best duty of the given teach to uneducated.
- 9. His human dimension :- As a teacher he think that he should be polite with everyone with whom he has to interact. He knows that if he will be strict, people around him will feared to do mistake.
- 10. His human concern :- He always try to help of the any student to teach them as a teacher. He is making a great effort with helping some student in any form. He changed a thing in his duty that not only by completing it but took his responsibility to surve the people.
