- 2. » MASA WEBSITE 1. Download and print Application Form and “Bank Challan” from www.maharch.org 2. Pay Application fees at one of the ICICI bank branch Collect copy of ‘challan’ with 'Bank Transaction Number'.
- 3. » VISITING APPLICATION RECEIVING CENTER (ARC) 3. Submit filled application Form at Receiving Centers (ARC) with, originals & attested photocopies of all required documents & copies of bank challans. 4. Get your Application registered at the ARC & obtain a print of the application duly signed by ARC coordinater. 5. Carefully choose the ACTC you want to be present for counseling. Please understand that Change in the ACTC is not allowed, choose it carefully.
- 4. » MASA WEBSITE 6. Check the “Provisional Merit List” displayed on MASA website for correctness of your information. 7. If there are any errors, visit ARC for correction. 8. Check the “Final Merit List’ displayed on MASA website. Know your “Merit List Number” and the day you have to be present for counseling at the ACTC.
- 5. » PREPARATION FOR ADMISSION BY COUNSELING 9. Before appearing for counseling download and print “Bank Challan” & pay Part Tuition fees at ICICI bank. 10. Collect copy of ‘challan’ with 'Bank Transaction Number‘.
- 6. » VISIT ADMISSION CENTER THROUGH COUNSELING (ACTC) 11. Remain present at the “Admission Centers Through Counseling” (ACTC) chosen by you in the application form on the day as per your merit list number with all Documents in original and “Bank Challans” well in time before counseling, put signature & time on the attendance register.. 12. Receipt of documents submitted to any other Admission Authority can be submitted instead of original documents. If the candidate arrives after his/her turn for counseling, he/she will not be able to participate in that round.
- 7. » AT ADMISSION CENTER THROUGH COUNSELING (ACTC) 13. Submit all Documents in original and “Bank Challans” to the Admission officer. Candidates will be called in the order of their merit list numbers. Obtain from Admission officer a letter mentioning list of all the documents & bank challans submitted and blank option/opt-out form. 14. Candidates are advised to study availability of seats which is displayed dynamically before appearing for counseling.
- 8. » AT ADMISSION CENTER THROUGH COUNSELING (ACTC) 15. Candidates will be called by the “Admission In-Charge” at the ACTC; for allotting the choice of institute for Admission to 1st year B.Arch. in academic year 2013-14 in the order of merit list number of candidate.
- 9. » AT ADMISSION CENTER THROUGH COUNSELING (ACTC) 16. Check for availability of seat in colleges of your choice (in two minutes maximum). Put code for the chosen Institute in the option form in your own handwriting, sign & hand it over to the Admission In-Charge. Obtain a print of the allotment letter duly signed by “Admission In-Charge”. Report to institute before the last date of reporting, pay remaining full fees and start attending classes.
- 10. » AT ADMISSION CENTER THROUGH COUNSELING (ACTC) 17. If a seat of your choice is not available, sign opt-out form & hand it over to the Admission In-Charge. Obtain a print of the opt-out letter duly signed. Collect all documents/challans back from the Admission officer. You can appear for further rounds.
- 11. » FURTHER ROUNDS FOR VACANCIES 18. Round 1.B (For respective groups of Backward Class category candidates). 19. Round 1.C (For all Backward Class category candidates). 20. Round 1.D (For all candidates without any reservations). 21. Round 1.E (For Outside Maharashtra State Candidates).
