Data Requirements • Minimum is – Just need WO’s – default values set at 1hr for each WO if not present • To use full functionality you will need:- – Calendars – Shifts – Crafts – Labour (with Calendars/Shifts applied) – Properly populated Job Plans – Properly populated PM records – Work Orders Depending on functionality you utilize – Costs – GIS info – Special tools • Any other the Scheduling products will show your data visually – warts and all !! • Our advice – spend some time cleaning up your data prior to putting scheduling in place, or better still, keep it up to date regularly.
