Scannable Maximize Headlines And Subheads So readers can scan easily. And break up your copy for rhythm and scanability.     
Give ‘Em What They Want Keep users engaged by giving them what they’re expecting right away and offering only a handful of actions per page to tap, swipe or pinch.
What They’re ExpectingOftentimes we’ll fill the page of a desktop website with imagery and copy. With branded mobile sites and apps, it’s all about functionality. Some instructional copy with one image can usually do the trick.
Handful of Actions Ask the question, “What are the two or three actions I want the user to take on this page/section?” This will drive the hierarchy and messaging on the page.
Tap, Swipe or Pinch You can’t really click when you’re using your fingers to touch a screen, so use gestural words like tap, swipe and pinch instead. Keep this top of mind when creating a mobile website. Brands are quick to port content from existing desktop pages and these often include the word “click” or other traditional website instructions and actions.
