- 5. 1. Vernier Caliper Metter stick measures the length in mm at minimum level if we need to find even smaller values of length we use Vernier caliper. It can measure length up to 0.01 mm (10 Micrometers)
- 7. 1. Length of any object using the jaws of Vernier caliper
- 8. 2. Outer diameter of any circular object can be determined using Vernier Caliper
- 9. 3. Inner Diameter can be calculated using upper jaws of Vernier Caliper
- 10. 4. Depth of any hollow object can be calculated using Strip
- 12. Zero Error/ Instruments Error This error can be removed by adding or subtracting the error value
- 13. 2. Micrometer Screw Gauge This instrument is also used for measuring small lengths up to 0.01mm
- 15. Physical Balance It is an instrument used for measuring the mass of any object by comparing it with a known mass
- 16. Stop Watch It is an instrument used for calculating the time of any incident or action. Stopwatches can be digital or analog.
