Questions for discussion
1. Would it be useful, and if so how, to help establish policy guidance on:
a. designing measurement frameworks
b. setting adaptation objectives and targets
c. supporting the development of adaptation indicators?
2. How can the proposed work on indicators contribute to advancing your national
efforts? Would it be useful to provide a “typology” of adaptation indicators and
assess the extent of their use to support adaptation measurement?
3. If a focus is chosen to narrow down the analysis, what angle might be most useful
for your country such as sectoral- or local-level focus, hazard-focus (e.g. wildfires,
droughts)? Would more work on developing local to national measurement systems
be useful?
4. Do you want to be more actively involved in ongoing activities, and if so, how?
