This document presents an optimization-based medical data compression technique designed for wireless ad hoc networks (WANETs) used in disaster areas, focusing on energy efficiency and robustness against transmission errors. It introduces a fuzzy-logic-based route selection method to enhance data transmission from primary health care stations to community care centers, ensuring network connectivity and longevity. Simulation results demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed techniques in reducing energy consumption and maintaining data integrity during transmission.
