This document summarizes a meetup to connect the technology community with efforts to help the homeless population in San Francisco. The meetup aims to coordinate resources, collaborate on projects, and help those in need. There are currently 6,500 homeless individuals in San Francisco, with 3,400 being sheltered. Over 25 city programs and 80 private agencies are working to help the homeless, but the current political and institutional approaches are seen as inefficient. An initial project proposed is a web-based resource finder to help match needs with available services.
