- 3. Project Documents Executive Summary I have selected the project on Messaging and Chat Application. The main purpose of this application is that it will create an emergence in the communication. The benefit of this application is can be access with Internet or else through a text message. Individuals can connect at one place and it is mainly useful for students who can communicate for the purpose of their subject and can know events all around. The project start date will be May 15, 2016 and the end date will be October 15, 2016. In developing this project, I will be working on different aspects of the project such as work breakdown structure, MS Project for scheduling the tasks. Finally, security authentication will be provided to access with application.

This project aims to gather individuals at a place and help in social communication and personal communication. Buddy chat application, is going to be a text communication software and it allows to communicate between mobile devices. The limitation of this application is that it does not support audio communication. The application is secured and required users authentication to operate

- 17. Communication Plan Stakeholder communication is essential of any project. The requirements will be fulfilled if there is proper communication. The stakeholders can be employees, customer, client, etc. who all is related to the project. RACI Responsible: Saketh, is responsible in doing tasks and employees are assigned to work on the tasks. Accountable: Project manager has authority to take decisions and ultimately he will be responsible if something goes wrong. Consulted: Team lead must update regarding the tasks Informed: Project manger is kept updated about the progress.

It involves documenting and communicating. Risk Analysis: It is the process to identify risks and manage potential problems that could challenge key business projects. To carry out risk analysis the steps to be followed are identifying threats, estimate risk, manage risk, and control risk. Risk Response: The responsibility for each risk response is assigned to project team members
