team, how it will work, and what the expected outcomes are;
 Team Agreement and Rules for operating ;
 The Charter can include team and individual behaviours;
 What the team values between team members ;
 Use the flipchart to develop your Team Charter.
You have 25 minutes for the activity and
will then review your Team Charter.

interpretations – leads to miscommunication;
 Search the behavior behind the label;
Take a small step outside your comfort zone...
You have 25 minutes for the activity and
will then review your conduct objectives.
Conduct Objectives Example –Trust
Team members value trust
Question: how does trust look like, how does it feel?
Behaviour: which behaviours exhibit trust?
Conduct Objective: which observable, measurable,
behaviour adds to ‘trust’ in the team, which ‘detracts’?
