I am struggling to link my Microsoft Account with my
TechSoup Account
Send your questions to: reachus@techsoup.org
1. Make sure you have a Microsoft nonprofit account. If you have not yet created a Microsoft
account, you will need to do that with Microsoft and make sure that you are eligible for nonprofit
offers. We have created a guide to do that here.
2. Remember your account name and provide that to TechSoup during your Add to Cart
process. As a default, the person who created your account is the default administrator on the
account. Your account may look like techsoup@onmicrosoft.com
3. Accept TechSoup as your Provider. To do this, you will need to log into your Microsoft account as
an administrator. Make sure to accept the Microsoft Customer Agreement.
4. Checkout!
