- 1. Mock Interview Questions 2022 1. Tell me about yourself... My name is Luke. Born and raised in Sunderland and have lived here all my life. I’m currently studying media at Sunderland college (Bede campus to be more spefic) my last year of my Btec level 3 It feels good to be here, thank you for having me 2. What are your strengths and weaknesses? My biggest strengths are that I’m a kind, positive and caring person, who always looks out for other colleagues around me, and always happy to lend a hand. I’m a very analytical and detail-orientated person who always strives to complete tasks to the highest of standards. I’m always critical about all of projects that I do and are always trying to improve the quality of work that I do, so next time it will be even better. My strongest muscle is mostly my creativity. There is never task of work that I can’t come up with an idea for, or a spark of imagination that does not get used. I’m always willing to add additional creative support and advice to my fellow colleagues who need an extra bit of assistance and insight. My weakness/downfall is time management, I do sometimes get lost in my own a little world, and often I do not realise how big or how little time I must complete something, which always results in me rushing certain elements to meet deadlines. The way that I’m going to counteract this, however, is by setting timestamps/goal markers on different things. For example, typing up a word document diary to document my progress of work so I don’t get left behind, setting bell-notifications on my phone to alert me when it’s time to move onto different subjects of work and coming back to it later if my stuck with something. Why do you want to work here? Channel-4 is home to over 12 television programmes, with one of the UK’s biggest free streaming service, and a succeeding reputation since its creation in 1982. Who wouldn’t? The oppunities that channel 4 offer currently for a lot of young people is unmatched in my opinion, and there’s plenty of roles to fill. I find your campaign to be very interesting and unique and would be very grateful to be a part of it.
