What is the Control System ?
• it’s a device, or set of devices, that
manages, commands, directs or regulates
the behaviour of other devices or systems.
1. Control system
• Industrial control system are used in
industrial production for controlling
equipment or machines.
Process
• The device, plant, or system
under control.
Input process
Process to be controlled
• The input and output
relationship represents the
cause-and- effect relationship
of the process

Open-Loop Control System
• utilizes a controller or
control actuator to obtain
the desired response.

Open-Loop Control system without feedback
• utilizes feedback to compare
the actual output to the
desired output response

travel to generate a controlled
adjustment of the steering wheel

2. Monitoring System
 What is the Monitoring System ?
• A monitoring system is a set of software
components that performs measurements
, stores , and interprets the monitored
data.
• The system is optimized for efficient storage
and prompt retrieval of monitoring metrics for
visual inspection of timeseries as well as data
point analysis for the purposes of alerting
Process Monitoring System
• Our process monitoring systems are using
process data from the basic automation
system and primary data.
• There will be no process intervention.
• The processing of information from diverse
systems turns our process monitoring systems
to valuable tools for the complete
documentation of production, quality
assurance and quality improvement.
• Process related data will be archived and
provided to the user for documentation and
analysis of the production process.
• The visualization of process control system
informs the operator on current process
situation.
• The hardware base always consists of
current PC technology comprising the
process control software which has been
created by us.
• Via password protected user levels
technological and administrative system
modifications can be made and process
results can be evaluated.
• It can be used for planning and
optimization of the production process.
