MUDRAS
 Mudra is a holistic therapy is one of the
traditional healing concepts
 It is aimed at bringing the best of healing
to the needy
 Mudras can heal almost all the diseases
that are termed incurable, Chronic,
Acute and epidemic.
 Mudras can heal YOU without any cost
MUDRA –CONCEPT
Body is made up of five elements -.
 Agni, Vayu, Akasha, Varuna, Pruthvi
 Mudra or seal can balance these
tatvas
 It is a method of redirecting the
energy flow within the body
 Mudra or hand gestures bring back
the lost/impaired functionality of
AKASHA TATVA
Ether element manifests on the following
organs
 Its adjective is "ethereal", meaning:
"light, airy, spiritual".
 It is also referred to as "consciousness".
 Works on mind
 Works on thought process
 Sense organs
AKASHA TATVA
Ether element is imbalanced it
causes
 Mental disorders
 Speech disorders
 Cognitive incapabilities
 Memory malfunctions
 Lack of concentration etc.
AGNI TATVA
Fire element manifests on the following
organs
 Heart
 Circulation
 Digestive system and small intestine
especially
 Urinary tract
 Pericardium
 Through a function known as Triple
heater, which regulates internal body
AGNI IMBALANCE
Fire element if imbalanced it causes
 Circulatory disorders
 Digestive disorders
 Urinary problems
 Breathing difficulties
 Coughing etc.
VAYU TATVA
Air element manifests on the following
organs
 Mind
 Nervous system
 Heart functions
 Arteries
 Skin
 Hair
VAYU TATVA
Air element if imbalanced it causes
 Restlessness
 Nervous habit
 Hyperactivity, or anxiety
 Insomnia
 Gas, bloating, abdominal cramps,
and constipation with dry, hard
stools.
JALA TATVA
Water element manifests on the following organs
 The water element represents fluidic matter
 Water is the protector of the body.
 It provides the body with its most basic
nourishment.
 Water protects against the dissolution of the ether
element, the roughness and motion of the air
element and the heat of the fire element.
 The water element sooths all pain and
inflammation in the body.
JALA TATVA
Water element if imbalanced it causes
The stomach is the home of the kapha dosha.
If the qualities of water increase too much, they overflow from the
stomach into circulation and flood the tissues of the body.
Digestion becomes impaired
Food moves slowly through the digestive system.
Appetite is reduced
Sense of heaviness in the
Edema,
Obesity
Increase in genital waste secretions (smegma).
Menstrual disorders
Water deficiency results in dehydration, dry mucous membranes,
dry skin, weight loss and weakness in the reproductive tissues
respectively.
Decrease in urination, sweating and in the formation of dry, hard
stools.
In addition, the lips and eyes become dry.
PRITHVI TATVA
Earth element manifests on the following
organs
 The spleen
 The stomach
 The Earth element also rules large
muscles,
 Mouth and lips,
 Eyelids.
 It also rules lymphatic fluids and saliva.

 Spleen disorders
 Malfunctioning of Kidneys.
