 Responsible for receiving, circulating and recording all incoming and outgoing documents Letters,
Material Submittals Shop Drawings Inspections emails and hand deliveries.
 Self-Correspondence. Downloading Emails, Web Browsing.
 Checking All Submittals MTR-MTS-RFI’s RIW’s by this oracle on line system.
 Coordinate with QA/QC Engineer for maintaining quality documentation so called, Document
Register, Material Register & Drawing Register.
 Document Control Coordinate with QA/QC Team & all Site Staff.
 Keeping always updates Master Submittal Log Update for all Related submitted Submittals.
