° Equipped with Ten (11) years career experience as a Document Controller, I have been
completely responsible for the soft and hard copies of Tender Documents (thru utilization of PC
MS Word), keeping and maintaining official records and documents in systematic and proper
filing, given the authority to receive payments from clients and to monitor and record personal
attendance and man hours.
° I have gained a wide experience in utilizing various computer programmes, which are very

Position: Document Controller
Work At: Primavera Contract Management System (Ver-14)
o In charge of incoming and outgoing correspondence, site instructions,
change orders, work instruction requests, contracts and other forms of
pertinent documents from the client and contractor.
o Logged all incoming and outgoing correspondence for easy tracking and
future references.
o Manage and maintain a document control and filing system to ensure
efficient, smooth retrieval and registration of documents, both manually
and electronically.
o Registration of documents in database(company document
number,contractor document number, title, present revision, status and
issue date,document history).

document control system and that all issues are properly logged with
appropriate transmittal.
o Maintaining records of documents and correspondence in chronological
order.
o Performance of other clerical duties including typing and data encoding.
o Generated and issued project document status reports on a regular and
timely basis.
o Typing of letters and keeping the update records.

o Updating report and issuing to client on weekly bases.

various department and engineers.

relevant departments.
o Keeping & reviewing daily, monthly progress reports, monthly invoices
and punch list sheets.
o Archiving and retrieving of letter correspondence and distribution of the
same to the concerned departments, manually and electronically using a
specialized computer application.
o Preparing weekly progress Report, Minutes of Meeting, Punch List,
Monthly statement and covering letter of concern departments.
o Directly involved in typing all correspondence to the Contractor/Client
regarding material approval, site inspection, monthly reports, letters and

fax machine, scanner and other office machines as required to satisfactory
performance of work assigned.
o Routinely composing draft correspondence and memorandums to
project manager of the company.
o Provides secretarial support to the Project Manager relating to
diary management, travel arrangements, meetings management, and any
