It can be any genre of music you are interested in (Rock, R&B, Jazz, Punk), as long as it is live (no D.J.’s). ONE movement or small work will be discussed in your paper (please do not attempt to analyze the entire concert). The second assignment for this course is the attendance of a CLASSICAL concert. The concert itself can be any of your choice in the classical medium, including solo performances, opera, symphony orchestras, or chamber music. If you are having trouble finding a concert please see me as soon as possible. ONE movement, or small work will be discussed in your paper (please do not attempt to analyze the entire concert). All work must be typewritten. Grammar and clear presentation will be graded as well as content.
