 Project Status: Taking the updates from Sales Representatives and discussing about the active and future prospects
 Project Management: Monitor the Development Process for Customer Committed Requirements and weekly progress
meetings with 6 different clients
 Operational Dashboards : Implemented dashboards in Power BI, MS Excel, and Smartsheet to track company’s performance
on a weekly basis
 Enterprise Monthly Revenue Reports and Confirm Monthly Actuals: Maintaining the finance reports and finding the actual
revenue for the senior management of the organization
 Onboarding / Load Graph Update: To track the progress and the timeline for the active projects
 Support Onboarding Meeting and Action Items: Attend the Enterprise meetings and help Carlos and Natasha in completing
the needed tasks

 Weekly Enterprise Status Meeting: Understand the business and approach. To make sure not to miss any important action
item from the meeting
 Add +/- Funnel Change Data: Minor change in the graph to be shown in Enterprise Status Meeting
 Update Smartsheet: Talk to Sales Representatives and get the status about the active and future prospects for Carlos and
Brady
 Add Setup Fee to Actual Revenue: Make a separate and new table to know the actual revenue earned from the setup
 Follow up on Customer Committed Development: Learn the Development Process for Customer Committed Requirements

 Cloud Migration : Migrated complete office system to cloud services(Microsoft) resulting in 45% decreased expenses and
increase the work efficiency
 SharePoint: Maintained the SharePoint Sites, Wiki and added the new sites, and designed them

perform better, reviewed by Harsha and Senior Management
 Current Status Update from the Team: Daily follow up with the DC Specialists to speed up the existing task
 Support Onboarding Meeting Notes: Continued support for the onboarding meeting for Data Conversion
 Mapping Process: Trained on mappings using EZ Tools and assisted Bradley and the team during a time of increased
workload
 Weekly Data Conversion Team Meeting: Team meeting to take everyone's current status and follow up on last
week’s progress

 Daily Report: Providing the latest updates and the reports to Harsha on a daily basis
 Weekly Call Support Analytics Report: To support Andrew to prepare weekly report to be presented to Senior
Executives, saving his 4 hours of efforts
 Reports on Power BI: Generate reports related to support to help Harsha in operations and informative decision
making
 Smartsheet: Prepared Dashboard for Harsha and Nathan, and improved the Smartsheet to bring everyone from the
team on the same platform saving their weekly 12 hours of time and efforts in reporting
 Smartsheet Training: Trained the DC Team to use the Smartsheet and received 90% positive feedback from them
 Update Smartsheet: Tracking and monitoring the status of all the active, on-hold and projects in pipeline and keep it
updated throughout the day, giving the real time status to the managers
 Statement of Work: Working on creating a Statement of Work for the customers

 Connect with Amazon: Connected with Amazon to find available good vendors who can work according to our
requirements and necessities
 Updated List of Vendors: Constantly kept finding good vendors and narrowed it down to three
 Setting up a meeting: Had an online meeting with Harsha and all the finalized vendors individually
 Requirements Gathering: Worked with Harsha and Andrew to gather the requirements before starting the process
 Demo & Finalizing the vendor: Had scheduled demo from each vendor and zeroed down to one final vendor
 Vendor Meetings: Facilitating all the communication with the vendor on behalf of EZLynx
 Surveys and Feedback from the Agents: Took feedback and surveys from the agents to understand their pain points (TBD but
planned)
