Nestosh is the Salesforce Commerce Cloud Solution provider helps to deliver omni- channel cloud commerce solutions by providing quality developments, implementations and ongoing solution support. Nestosh helps businesses with strategy, design, Link integrations, custom developments and more. Nestosh was founded at April, 2014 by highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud Developer after spending years in renowned software companies working on Salesfoce Commerce Cloud Solution. Today, Nestosh is a team of highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Commerce Cloud professionals i.e. Developers, Project Managers and Administrators. Though we have digital history of only 4 years; however, we have digitized more than 26 brands during this short time. This is only because of consistent hard work, sheer professionalism and profound commitment of our team with work. We do not consider our clients as our customers; we consider them as our partners; therefore, their work is our work; their business objective is our business objective and their business goal is our business goal. - 7. - Client Communication: each project has its own Project Manager and Project Architect. Project Managers and Architect communicate with Team Leads(our side) for day to day work and all other stuff that needs to be communicated with us related to our team and work. For communication we use Slack and Skype as well. - Effort Estimations: It vary project to project. For few projects Team Leads got tickets assigned in JIRA and first we estimate the efforts and we start development after getting approval on our estimated efforts. On few projects each project Architect(Client Side) estimate the efforts and we complete that work within that time or if we need extra time then Team Lead communicate accordingly with Project Architect. On few projects we just start work on assigned tickets and complete it and log the number of hours spent on each ticket. - Code Versioning: each developer bitbucket/github account details shared with Project Architect to get access for project source on which developer has to work.
- 8. - Effort Logs: on most of the projects we use JIRA work log feature for each ticket and on few projects we use getharvest to log and bill our time. We also generate manual Invoices as per clients requirements. - Internal Working Model: to work on any of the project we do the analysis of each ticket internally and design the solution accordingly. Once the developer complete its development then code review is done by the lead and after that we perform our internal QA. Once it clears the QA internally we share the details with client with testing scenarios. For internal ticket tracking we use FreedCamp ticket tracking for each project to communicate internally.

Loyalty By integrating the Custom Cartridge in Cloud Commerce Storefront; we successfully implement the Customer Loyalty program within ecommerce website. Cordial The scope of this custom integration is to handle the third party e-mail services and site analytics. Scene7 The vision of the custom cartridge integration is to allow the Commerce Cloud storefront to use the third party Content Delivery Network i.e. image server.

World Pay It is the online Payment Gateway Integrated with Commerce Cloud Storefront to handle the online payments. DIS The purpose of this custom integration with Commerce Cloud Storefront is to allow the implementation of external image server. Google Shopping Feed By implementing this custom cartridge with Commerce Cloud Storefront, we have exported the product feed to Google merchant center for products live feed and Ads. Pinterest The scope of this custom integration is to integrate the commerce cloud Storefront with social media platform i.e. Pinterest.
