NSI was hired to design and implement a new managed wireless network for a 30-floor high rise building in downtown Chicago. The previous wireless network had poor coverage and usability issues. NSI proposed a two-phase Cisco wireless solution, starting with high priority areas, then extending coverage building-wide. NSI configured the network for easy access by tenants and guests, documented the solution, and trained staff to provide ongoing support. The new network provided a comprehensive wireless solution with nearly complete building coverage and simple user experience.
