OVERVIEW NSPIRE BPO SERVICES is a venture with a  dedicated team members having a accumulative experience of 50 years in BPO industry. At NSPIRE BPO SERVICES we are determined in going an extra mile in providing better services to all our clients across the globe.
NSPIRE team members have varied experience in Customer Service, Retention, Inbound and outbound, selling and up-selling, support and help desk operations, enhancement and maintenance of programs to help its customers reach their business goals .
India Advantage A Mckinsey study shows that when processes are outsourced to India, companies not only get the advantage of low cost but also experience improvement in productivity and Quality .
CENTRE The Delivery centre is located around 5 Kms from National Highway- 24.The average travel time from national highway -24 to the centre is 10 minutes NSPIRE is starting with 30 seats over two shifts as in domestic and UK based campaigns. The entire floor is centrally air conditioned including 100% power backup managed by a dedicated team.
The operation and corporate wings has been aesthetically designed by the top designers and has state of art cafeteria and other recreational activity retreats on campus. The infrastructure is designed to provide an environment that would encourage an individual to perform better. Care is taken to ensure that the information and facilities are available AT-HAND and there is a easy access to all the facilities required by an individual.

We at NSPIRE are using dual core server which can support 60 computer systems at a time. Creative dialer are there in the centre which are very much compatible so as to have all type of reports. Call recording facility is there and live barging facility is also available. Highly reliable IT and network infrastructure with multiple redundancies . Power back up management with un interrupted power supply. 24/7 in house expert technical support staff to tackle any technical issues. Access control management . Network security & Application security through firewall and antivirus  software. State –of- the- art infrastructure which enables us providing un interrupted services 24/7/365.
