By nature I am a customer on a
              mission,
I like stores that save me time
            Done by Mona
TOY STORE
the lights are too dim ( uncomfortable)
limited choices for a certain age group
a lot of people in the store, however few are
buying
clothing and house hold
• There are no salespeople in sight.
• The personnel response “ what we have is
   on display”
• Sales items need to be arranged and
   labelled with a big sign.
House Hold items
• The store it too dark.
• The personnel are hard to find.
• On sale items need to be grouped and displayed
  close to the entrance.
• I spent 10 minutes to find the store, put signs (
balloons) in the front of the store.
Clothing
• The store is very inviting however music was too loud.
• The salespeople are helpful but they do not initiate or
   complete a sale.
• On sale items are in front of the store, but there was
no sign on the rack, only a red tag on each item!!!!
Discount store
• The store is crowded , difficult to find an item.
• Music is not motivating
• Sections need to be labelled with gender and
  age.
• More dressing rooms.
• The employees do not sell the merchandise,
they only arrange the items, this is a hidden
  opportunity.
Specialty perfume store, very expensive.
The store is very elegant (
marble, crystal, mahogany)and has a very
strong smell of the Arabian oils ( a
disadvantage maybe)
The store is intimidating ( bigger entrance
would help).
ladies Italian clothing.
2 salespeople in the store, very
welcoming, they introduce new items, then
sale items.
The Merchandise is displayed beautifully in
the front.
Limited selection of clothing.
Hidden opportunities
Large stores, are not investing time
or effort in sales personnel.
Sale items are not placed as “ eye
catcher”.
No matter how many times you visit
the store you are invisible…
Personnel can not remember
frequent customers..( nor care to)
