• Firstly, I believe that as an individual I need to learm the time management
techniques the most.
• To increase my productivity and also helping other to the same.
• Time management is that tool that benefits easch individual everyday
• To enjoy and party in the other half of the day which is after 6:30 pm
• To create balance between work space and personal space
IMPORTANCE OF TIME SAVING
Good time management allows you to accomplish more in a shorter period of time, which
leads to more free time, which lets you take advantage of learning opportunities, lowers
your stress, and helps you focus, which leads to more career success. Each benefit
of time management improves another aspect of your life.
Time management is important for your personal life and career success. It teaches you how
to manage your time effectively and make the most of it.
The value of mney is influenced by the time it is consumed
To function in more effective manner.

We can begin our day by saving time and stress before we arrive at the office
PREPARE IN ADVANCE
Proper Prior Preparation Prevents Poor

 Get plenty of sleep
 Wake up early and sit, think and plan
 Have healyhy breakfast at home
Cut the computer
time in half

LEFT TO RIGHT

• The in box should be on the left and outbox should be on the right
BATCH TASKS
• Group tasks that require the same level of concentration
Example: If you have two tasks that require a good deal of concentration, tackle
those when you’re least likely to be interrupted
• If you have questions for your boss, wait until you have several questions to ask at the same
time if possible
• Group like work together so you’re working within the same mode for blocks of time
• If possible, have specific times to read and reply to emails
• Schedule call instead of answering them
