Who we are
CLARKES Our OMLI Team Angela Pak MRSD TAG Coordinator Janice Maier  2/3 Teacher
CLARKES What We Accomplished Twice monthly staff development, focusing on deepening teachers’ math knowledge and modeling discourse techniques to apply in the classroom.
CLARKES What We Accomplished All staff created and used community agreements with their students
CLARKES What We Accomplished Our team participated in a district peer coaching program, which included non-OMLI teachers
CLARKES What We Accomplished Implemented new technology in our classrooms, such as document cameras for student sharing of ideas.
CLARKES What We Accomplished Taught, practiced and used protocols with staff and students.
CLARKES What We Did We met as a district team several times during the school year to review our goals and continue our own learning in mathematics
CLARKES Our Three Year Plan Continue to participate in the district peer coaching project; acting as trainers for new facilitators.
CLARKES Our Three Year Plan Staff will continue to meet and look at student work and examine student thinking.
CLARKES Our Three Year Plan Be available as a resource to support teachers in discourse techniques, with specific support for teachers of TAG (Talented and Gifted) students.
